8

Refund and Withdrawal Policy

Professional consulting fees compensate the Company for time, research, assessment, documentation, administrative coordination, and services performed. The following general principles apply:

  • Fees for services already performed are non-refundable, subject to applicable law and the client's signed agreement.
  • Refusal or denial of an immigration application does not automatically entitle the client to a refund.
  • Clients may request to withdraw or discontinue services.
  • Refund eligibility following withdrawal or termination will depend on the signed agreement, services performed, and applicable consumer protection laws.
  • Government and third-party fees are governed by the refund rules of the relevant authority or service provider.
  • Any specifically agreed refund conditions will be set out in writing.

Nothing in these Terms excludes mandatory statutory refund or consumer rights.

Changes in Immigration Laws and Policies

Immigration laws, eligibility criteria, government charges, visa quotas, and application procedures may change at any time.

Such changes may affect application eligibility, documentation requirements, processing timelines, or outcomes.

The Company will provide services based on the applicable requirements within the agreed scope but cannot guarantee that immigration programs or policies will remain unchanged.

11

The Company recognizes the confidential nature of personal, educational, professional, financial, and immigration-related information.

Client information will be handled in accordance with the Company's Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

12

Third-Party Services
