EB-2 National Interest Waiver (NIW)

A self-petition pathway for professionals whose work benefits the United States at a national level — no employer sponsorship or Labor Certification required.

EB-1 Extraordinary Ability

For priority workers — individuals of extraordinary ability, outstanding professors/researchers, and multinational managers or executives.

• Recognized awards, media coverage, or judging roles
• Published research, citations, patents, or leadership positions
• A believable U.S. work plan supporting continued impact

EB-5 Immigrant Investor

For foreign investors willing to invest capital into the U.S. economy and create jobs for U.S. workers, with a direct path to a green card.

• $800,000 minimum in a Targeted Employment Area, or $1,050,000 for non-TEA projects
• Investment must create or preserve at least 10 full-time U.S. jobs
• No education, language, or employer sponsorship requirements

E-2 Treaty Investor Visa

A nonimmigrant visa for nationals of treaty countries who invest a substantial amount of capital to actively direct and develop a U.S. business.

• No fixed minimum investment, unlike EB-5
• Renewable indefinitely while the business remains active
• Spouse may apply for work authorization; children under 21 can attend school
